Due to the nature of perishable product, it is our company credit policy that all product claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. This is noted on every invoice. Product can also be returned to the driver on “Next Day” delivery. All calls made outside normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
To receive credit for seafood, the item in question MUST be returned to Black River Produce.
Black River Produce reserves the right to deny any credit requests that are not accompanied by a returned product.
To request a credit on an order, please contact Tanya Graves @ 802-886-6223. Due to the cost that is involved to return the product to our facility, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for incorrect or over-ordering. This fee is 25% of the total price of the item/items.
