We source our cuts from Vermont and New Hampshire. Less time in transit allows us to provide our customers with the best quality products available.

We work closely with farmers to provide exceptional products for discriminating chefs and consumers who value high quality proteins at affordable prices. Black River Produce meats are raised without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics. Our beef and pork are grass fed and grain finished. It is our firm belief that this approach provides the highest quality and best-tasting products. All of our meat and smoked meats are processed at USDA inspected slaughterhouses in Vermont.
