  • Associate Driver

    Position Summary: . Reinhart will hire and train individuals with less than one year of experience and enter them into our Associate Driver training program. Driver Associates will perform driver duties that will allow them to gain the necessary experience to qualify for a Professional Driver position with Reinhart Foodservice after successfully completing the program.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    Drivers must have a valid Class A CDL for interstate commerce with less than one year of current Class A CDL or equivalent military driving experience within the last year.
    We are an interstate carrier, by law you must be at least 21 years of age.
    Candidates must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
    Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    Drivers must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and lift and/or move up to 85 pounds occasionally.
    Position must pass a post offer letter drug test, DOT physical, background check and physical abilities test.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    Foodservice distribution related experience.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    Deliver the right products to customer accounts, in a professional, safe and timely manner, using a multitude of methods including manual lifting, use of two wheel dolly, ramps, and/or carts in multi-temperature environments.

  • Class A Driver

    Position Summary: CDL Class A drivers transport products from distribution center to customer locations, unload cased products from trailer to desired customer location, and other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    Drivers must have a valid Class A CDL license for interstate commerce.
    Minimum of 1 year driving experience with a Class A-CDL or equivalent military driving experience.
    We are an interstate carrier, by law you must be at least 21 years of age.

    Must be able to operate a two-wheel cart up and down a delivery ramp.

  • Remote IT Field Support Specialist

    Position Summary:
    The Remote Field Technology Specialist will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business critical applications and devices, and making independent business critical decisions based on their experience and expertise. This position is accountable for resolving highly complex computing, networking, and application issues at a local and Global IT level. The Remote Field Technology Specialist will write and review the logging and documenting of solutions to common issues, as well as identifying common, recurring issues and escalating as appropriate. This position will also be responsible for the writing, implementation and enforcement of RFS IT Policies, and will interact with Global IT support and resolution teams on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional with a solid background and education in IT, an independent decision maker and risk taker, with a goal to advance in their career.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
    Independent issue resolution for support incidents, demonstrating consistent ability to own issue resolution from start to finish, including making business critical decisions that may affect the immediate abilities of groups of users or an entire divisions capabilities to continue business

    Able to attend priority 1 business impacting, or business outage teleconferences and make sound business critical decisions that may affect shipping, order processing, or other business functions

    Define security roles for business applications that may affect access to critical and sensitive data

    Learn and keep up to date with rapidly changing business applications and hardware, as well as participating in decision making for purchasing and implementing hardware and software

    Assist internal customers with questions about software using knowledge base and IT experiences

    Ability to lead large scale implementations at regional sites

    Assist in solving issues with business applications through personal knowledge and by working with other teams
    Recognition of and Documentation of resolutions and repeatable fixes for frequent issues that will be published to the team and Level 1 support.
    Ability to define processes and procedures for level 1 support
    Document and escalate issues to IT and Business leadership
    Creation of training documents, and training of peers and end-users
    Log support incidents in help desk software, and use reporting to identify and resolve repeat issues

    Participate in an off hours on call rotation

    Leadership led or self-prioritization of actions so that customer and project deadlines are met

    Report service issues to management and assist in long term resolution

    Work with management to ensure that there are always sufficient resources in place to meet needs for current and projected future workloads

    Maintain awareness of IT Service trends, technology, and regulations that could impact company and identify risks and issues

    Monitoring of systems and sub-systems
    Attend Reyes Holdings IT change control and other infrastructure related meetings and identify, approve, or deny change requests control that could have possible impacts to the business.
    Responsible for asset management, to include maintaining current inventory of devices, tracking devices, reclaiming devices no longer in use, and expenditure of company expense and capital funds

    Required Skills and Experience:

    Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information System, Computer Science or related field or at least 2 years’ previous work-related experience working in a technical support environment, specifically supporting business applications and devices

    Thorough knowledge of supported software applications and hardware

    Understands difference between software deficiency and user training and can apply knowledge appropriately

    Must be analytical and detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

    Must be an independent thinker and decision maker, with the interests of the business and business continuity in mind.

    Must have strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills, in addition to excellent customer service skills.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in a group setting.

    Ability to provide remote support to end users over telephone or screen sharing.

    Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple tasks.

    Willing to travel to remote distribution centers up to 40%.

  • Fleet Mechanic

    Position Overview: The Fleet Mechanic is a member of Reinhart’s Distribution Team and is primarily responsible for safely maintaining and up keeping of the company tractors and trailers.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:
    Responsible for all repairs and complete maintenance on tractors and trailers as well as complete necessary paperwork regarding said repairs and maintenance. This includes possessing the skills to perform the functions listed below while continuing to structure and develop the department.

    • Diagnose, rebuild and repair equipment.
    • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
    • Prepare and maintain records and reports.
    • Self motivated individual with great initiative and ability to work independently.
    • Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete the job in a timely manner.
    • Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
    • Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 60lbs, occasionally lifting up to 100lbs.
    • Highly organized, detail orientated and capable of multi-tasking.
    • Communicate any issues or concerns to the facility manager/supervisor in a timely manner.
    • Follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturer’s service specifications.
    • Maintains appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness of all equipment and facilities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High School degree or GED Required
    • 2 years of previous experience as a diesel mechanic
    • General knowledge of refrigeration repairs; 608 and 609 certified preferred
    • General knowledge of engine repairs, diagnostics, and trailer repairs
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
    • CDL preferred.

    Position Summary:
    The Transportation Supervisor is a member of Reinhart’s Transportation Department and is primarily responsible for supervising daily transportation operations.

    Required Skills and Experience:
    • High School degree or GED.
    • 2 years of supervisory experience.
    • Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suites.
    • Proficient with Routing Programs such as RoadNet and Xata.
    Preferred Skills and Experience:
    • College degree.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    • Provide supervision to daily transportation operations including planning, scheduling manpower and equipment of hourly workforce, establishing an environment that maximizes employee involvement and morale.
    • Responsible for ensuring quality standards and productivity goals are achieved for receipt and shipment of product. This includes possessing the skills to perform the functions listed below while continuing to structure and develop the department.
    • Ensures compliance with all DOT regulations and reporting.
    • Oversees and manages fleet repairs and maintenance including but not limited to driver repair reporting, repair scheduling, budgeting, adherence to vendor turnaround commitments, etc.
    • Manages scanner inventory and repairs.
    • Ensures timely and accurate reporting to relevant entities (IFTA, EAM, etc)
    • Oversees driver scheduling.
    • Serves as back-up in the absence of the Router.
    • Assists in driver recruitment.
    • Oversees day to day communication with relevant departments.
    • Oversees injury and accident investigations and ensures timely accident/injury reporting
