Customer Service Rep - 2nd Shift
Location: North Springfield, VT
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for entering customer orders through inbound and outbound calls as well as acting as a conduit between Procurement and Sales and Customers. As a member of the Inside Sales department, the customer rep must also build relationships with our customers and market products accordingly. The primary goal of the Inside Sales is to make sure our customers are receiving the products and service they require when and where they expect it. Shift runs from 1:45 PM to 10:30 PM.
High School Diploma or GED required. Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent oral and written communications skills are essential. Ability to work a full-time schedule 40 hours per week including, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, organization and follow-through skills. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others. Physical Demands: Able to read, write, and interpret written documentation. Constant (67% to 100% of the time) sitting, fine finger manipulation, and talking. Seldom (1 to 10% of the time) standing, walking, climbing stairs and seldom (1 to 10% of the time) lifting and moving objects weighting up to 25lbs. Work Environment: Normally a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, with occasional indoor and outdoor exposure to heat, cold, and environmental elements.
