  • CDL and Non-CDL Delivery Route Driver

    Location: North Springfield, VT, Williston, VT and Deerfield, MA

    Overview 
    We are growing and expanding our delivery routes! We are seeking a CDL and Non-CDL Delivery Route Drivers. Must be able to lift 50 to 80lbs frequently throughout the day. Driver must be professional, self-motivated and customer service oriented. Early morning start time (5 am) and weekends. We offer a competitive wages, and excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, and Life insurance. 401k with company match, Flex Spending Account, and Gym Reimbursement.

  • Seafood Production Support - 2nd Shift

    Location: North Springfield, VT

    Overview
    Members of our Seafood Production Support team are responsible for prepping, packaging & icing product, and placing all product on correct trucks in order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the department with emphasis on accuracy, quality and customer service.

    Reports to Seafood Supervisor. Must maintain working relationships with Shift Supervisors, Co-Workers and Runner/Loaders. High School Diploma or GED required. Prior seafood or food preparation experience helpful.

    Requirements
    Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours week including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. 2nd shift position starting at 5:00 pm and ends at 2 am. Must be able to work overtime when needed. Ability to read and write. Position requires constant (67%-100% of the time) standing, walking, bending, and twisting at waist. Lifting of objects weighing from less than 20 lbs to 60 lbs. Frequent (34%-66% of the time) lifting objects 50 to 75 lbs. Frequent (34%-66% of the time) carrying, pushing/pulling objects 50 lbs. Occasional (11-33% of the time) climbing stairs or ladders. Seldom (1-10% of the time) kneeling/squatting, crouching/kneeling and sitting. Exposure (67%-100% of the time) to work environment that includes damp, wet, refrigerated atmospheres. Occasional (11-33% of the time) working in temperature of a freezer warehouse can range from -20° to -10° Fahrenheit.

  • Customer Service Rep - 2nd Shift

    Location: North Springfield, VT

    Overview
    The Customer Service Rep is responsible for entering customer orders through inbound and outbound calls as well as acting as a conduit between Procurement and Sales and Customers. As a member of the Inside Sales department, the customer rep must also build relationships with our customers and market products accordingly. The primary goal of the Inside Sales is to make sure our customers are receiving the products and service they require when and where they expect it. Shift runs from 1:45 PM to 10:30 PM.

    Requirements
    High School Diploma or GED required. Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent oral and written communications skills are essential. Ability to work a full-time schedule 40 hours per week including, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, organization and follow-through skills. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others. Physical Demands: Able to read, write, and interpret written documentation. Constant (67% to 100% of the time) sitting, fine finger manipulation, and talking. Seldom (1 to 10% of the time) standing, walking, climbing stairs and seldom (1 to 10% of the time) lifting and moving objects weighting up to 25lbs. Work Environment: Normally a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, with occasional indoor and outdoor exposure to heat, cold, and environmental elements.   • Seafood Cutting, Processing, Packaging and Quality

    Location: North Springfield, VT

    Overview
    Cut, weigh, package, and/or otherwise prepare seafood for overnight shipment to customers. Perform pre- and post- operational sanitation procedures in compliance with our strict HACCP plan and SQF. Be familiar with species for identification and quality assurance during receiving procedures. Support the Company in monitoring of Good Manufacturing Practices to reduce or eliminate possible cross contamination of Pathogens and other microbes, and also of species and ingredient contamination. Perform routine and spot quality checks of product lines to ensure specifications are met and product meets or exceeds our quality standards. Some documentation is required.

    Requirements
    Applicants must have completed High School education or equivalent with experience in the Food processing environment, but will train the right individual. Must communicate appropriately (accurate listening, clear speaking and writing ability); apply mature and considerate judgment; be comfortable and valued in a team environment; honest and fair, likable and stable, able to adapt well to challenges and changing work requirements. Full-time Hours; 5 nights per week; typically 5:00 pm to 2:00 am; overtime as needed. Working in cold and wet cooler (about 38°); also work in freezer (-8°) for mostly brief, but sometimes extended periods.
