Black River Produce’s strong relationships with artisanal cheesemakers in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts deliver to our customers the finest quality and best selection of unique cheese. We are continuously adding new local farmstead cheeses to further expand our already extensive list of regional cheese.
We use multiple sources for domestic and imported cheese to provide our customers with the best products at competitive prices. These cheeses will perform well in various high volume applications such as delis, restaurants, supermarkets, pizza establishments and caterers.
In addition to cheese, we also carry a full line of other dairy products including farm-fresh eggs, milk, cream, various locally-produced yogurts, as well as cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and butter.
