Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I have a product that I’d like Black River to buy? How can I become a vendor?

A: Please use our general contact form to request more information on becoming a vendor.  

Q: I am a business or organization, will you deliver to my home? 

A: No. We do work with our customers as best we can, but we do not deliver to residential housing. We do not wish to disturb quiet neighborhoods with the noise of our trucks. However, we can drop to another location that you have made arrangements with.

Q: I’m a current customer. Can you set up an account for me to place Online Orders?

A: Yes, please fill out the contact form and select “online account creation”.

Q: Can I submit my order through email or fax?

A: No. Orders sent via fax or email are not accepted methods for submitting an order. All orders should be called in, or submitted through our online ordering system.
