Q: I have a product that I’d like to sell to Black River. How can I become a vendor?

A: Please contact our Director of Procurement, Kyle Price, at 802-886-6238.  

Q: I am a business or organization, will you deliver to my home? 

A: No. We do work with our customers as best we can, but we do not deliver to residential housing. We do not wish to disturb quiet neighborhoods with the noise of our trucks. However, we can drop to another location that you have made arrangements with.

Q: I’m a current customer. Can you set up an account for me to place Online Orders?

A: Yes, please email your request to our Customer Service Team.

Q: Can I submit my order through email?

A: No. Email is not an accepted method for submitting an order. All orders should be called in, or submitted through our online ordering system.
