Credits & Returns
For current customers with questions regarding a credit or a return, please send an email to our credits team at RFS-brp_credits@pfgc.com and attach photos of the product in question and your reason for requesting the credit.

Warehouse Will-Call Pick-up Hours
If you would like to pick up your product at our warehouse at 449 N. River Street in North Springfield, Vermont, you must make arrangements in advance with your Black River Produce Area Manager or Customer Service Representative.
Monday through Friday:
9 am – 4 pm (order cutoff 8 pm, at least 1-day prior to pick up)
11:30 am – 4pm (order cutoff at least 1-hour prior to pick up)
Saturday:
10 am – 12 pm (order cutoff 8 pm, at least 1-day prior to pick up)
Pick up is at the door to the right of the truck loading dock.
