We’re in the business of fresh food, and our relationships with farmers are key to keeping our eyes on the ground. Our produce specialists are the first to know when fresh ramps and fiddleheads pop up in the spring, and when Pennsylvania peaches and late harvest strawberries are at their peak of flavor.

Our refrigerated trucks travel to Boston daily, where our team of knowledgeable produce brokers have already selected the finest produce available. Since the market trades in goods from all over the world, we are able to consistently deliver the many essentials of any attractive menu, as well as the more specialized items like exotic fruits, garnishes, wild rare mushrooms, and temptingly aromatic fresh herbs.
